Process of work
Let’s discuss your vision. After an initial consultation, site survey, and clear fee proposal, we create your initial concept drawings. We’ll refine the layout and design with your feedback until it perfectly matches your goals.
Once approved, we prepare formal planning drawings for your local council (Majlis) submission. We also coordinate early with structural engineers and builders to resolve technical details and secure initial quotes while managing your authority applications.
Following council approval, we produce detailed construction drawings fully compliant with Malaysian UBBL and fire safety standards. We finalize engineering appointments and prepare a detailed Scope of Works to help you secure accurate contractor quotes.
With building approvals secured, construction begins. Hengthor Architect stays by your side, coordinating closely with contractors to ensure flawless design execution, strict regulatory compliance, and high-quality standards right up to your final handover.
